Straight answers on how the Cluma design subscription works, from pricing and pausing to turnaround and who does the design.
The short answers to what SaaS teams ask us most.
A design subscription, also called design as a service, is a flat monthly plan for ongoing design instead of hiring in-house or booking agency projects. With Cluma you subscribe to the modules you need, from product and UI/UX to brand and web, and each module works like a senior-led designer on your team. You send requests as cards on your private Trello board, and every update lands on the same card.
Cluma uses transparent flat pricing: modules run $2,995 to $4,995 per month, one published price per module, with no platform fees, no per-seat licenses and a 7-day trial. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Yes. Each module works on one request at a time, with unlimited requests queued behind it and unlimited revisions while subscribed. Everyday design tasks like social posts, ads or a one-pager land within about 48 hours. Bigger projects are split into milestones that move forward every 48 hours until launch.
Yes. Pause anytime and billing stops immediately; unused days of the month are banked and resume when you reactivate. The first month is paid in full, then you can cancel or pause anytime, with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
Each module works on one request at a time. To run two requests in parallel, add a second module. You can remove it again next month.
